Finding your size

Sizing and comfort on a bike has a lot to do with preference and what "feels best". The INTENSE Tazer MX comes in two sizes: S/M and L/XL.

As a general rule we can say that:
S/M is for riders between 5'3" and 5'10"
L/XL is for riders between 5'10" and 6'4"

These two optimized sizes offer the most popular size ranges.

What if I am between sizes?

This is one of the most common questions and one of the reasons why having two optimized sizes helps reduce sizing issues over the traditional 4 size options. If someone is in the 5'9" - 5'11" range, this is where preference and body type comes in. There are characteristics of the bike's geometry that will help determine what the best fit is for people between the two sizes. The Tazer MX offers a low stand over height and low seat tube. This works will for peolple with shorter legs and a shorter inseam. The Tazer MX has a longer toptube length and reach. This works well for people with a larger torso and arms. So, if someone is between the two sizes and has long arms and upper body, sizing up to a L/XL will be a better fit. If someone is between the two sizes and has longer legs and a shorter upper body and arms, sizing down to a S/m is going to be a better fit.

What if I am outside of the sizing chart?

While someone 4'10" is just going to be too small for a S/M and someone 6'10" is going to be too tall for a L/XL, there are adaptions that can be made to fit someone outside of the general sizing chart
